Key Responsibilities
  • To maintains and enhances the Bank’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • To develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Human Resources.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-Graduation degree from reputed Institution/University preferably in HRM.
  • Must have minimum 6 years of banking experience with 3 years exposure in Human Resources Division of a reputed commercial Bank.
  • Having 3rd Class/Division & break of service(s) need not to apply.
  • Candidates must have sound knowledge on computer and Microsoft Office operations.
  • Maximum age should not be over 40 years as on December 31, 2017.
