Head of Human Resources Division (FVP/VP)

Key Responsibilities
  • To maintains and enhances the Bank’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • To develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Human Resources.
  • To assist Management for effective execution of Human Resources.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Candidate must have Post Graduation Degree from reputed institution/University.
  • Candidates having break of service need not apply.
  • Candidates having any 3rd Class/Division in the academic career need not apply.
  • The candidate must have Minimum 15 years banking experience with 5 years experience and exposure in Human Resources Division of a reputed commercial Bank.
  • Candidates must be well conversant with Labour law and all HR related Bangladesh Bank Circulars and guidelines.
  • Candidates must have sound knowledge on computer and Microsoft Office operations.
  • Maximum age should not be over 50 years.
